Cancellations and refunds
Please note that not all fees and treatment costs are listed here. You will receive a full breakdown of any charges in your personalised, costed treatment plan before you start treatment. Prices shown are nationwide ‘from’ prices, so your clinic’s price may differ.
Sometimes a treatment cycle needs to be cancelled. Depending on where you are in your cycle, a cancellation fee may apply, or you may be eligible for a partial refund. The details below explain what to expect in each situation.
If your treatment is cancelled during the monitoring stage, we charge a fee based on the care and services you've received up to that point.
If your treatment is cancelled after monitoring but before embryo transfer, you may be eligible for a refund for any services that haven't been carried out.
The HFEA fee is also refunded.
