Alison Hawley

Alison Hawley is the Patient Services Manager at Care Fertility Sheffield. Alison currently manages the Patient Services Team and offers exceptional care and support to our patients and her team.

Career

Alison has 13 years experience working at Care Fertility Sheffield, she joined Care Fertility as a Receptionist and expanded her knowledge by working with the administration team, Alison supported the Patient Liaison Team and offered one to one appointments for prospective patients wanting to know more about what services we offer. Alison has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of fertility treatments and has always delivered exceptional patient care. In 2022, Alison was promoted as the Patient Services Manager and continues to support patients throughout their journey, whilst managing her exceptional team.

Alison is currently enrolled on Level 3 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship. In addition, Alison is also IOSH trained and a certified DSE assessor.
