Dionne co-ordinates Care’s sperm donor recruitment program, from the enquiry stage of the donor, to the release of the samples into the Care Bank. Dionne directly liaises with each of our sperm donors, supporting them on their entire donation journey. Dionne also works alongside all the Care clinics, arranging the necessary donor appointments and administrative processes ensuring the donor is guided and well informed throughout.

Training

Dionne is qualified in Business Administration and Word Processing. She has attended various in-house and external courses including: customer services, IT training, and training organised by the Donor Conception Network.

Career

Dionne has over 20 years’ experience in administrative/customer care roles.

She started with Care Fertility in 2016 as part of the Patient Services Team at Care Fertility Sheffield, becoming the NHS Coordinator before moving in to the Care Egg Donation team, she later joined the Care Sperm Bank in 2020.

Specialities & Credentials

Dionne has guided hundreds of potential sperm donors into becoming donors, supporting not just the donors but the recipients that desperately need the help of a donor. Dionne is actively involved in developing a new system to help manage and improve donor enquiries and communications.
