Philip Lowe is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine at Care Manchester and Daresbury and has over 25 years’ experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility having joined the Care team in 2005. Philip is also the Infection Prevention and Control Lead for the Care group.

Training

In addition to working for Care Fertility Philip is dedicated to helping the next generation of doctors achieve excellence in their practice and is involved in undergraduate teaching and examining at Manchester Medical School.

Career

Philip spent 7 years in Melbourne, Australia, where he worked with some of the pioneers of IVF and became Clinical Director of Monash IVF and a Senior Lecturer at Monash University.

As a Consultant, Philip’s focus is on ensuring all Care Fertility patients receive the best possible care, and are treated as individuals because every fertility patient’s journey is unique.

Mr Lowe is a British Fertility Society (BFS) Embryo Transfer Trainer and also Chair of the Care Nurses Prescribers Forum.
