In 2019, Laura graduated from Newcastle University with both an undergraduate and master’s degree in Biomedical Science. Throughout her time at university, Laura engaged in two research projects at Newcastle Fertility Centre, investigating the molecular basis of maternal aging. Laura is currently in her final year of the scientist training programme, working towards her goal of becoming a fully qualified clinical embryologist.
After graduating, Laura embarked on her career in the fertility field as a Laboratory Administrator for Care Fertility Cheshire. In 2021, she began her training to become a clinical embryologist through the scientist training programme. During this time, Laura has gained clinical skills to perform laboratory procedures and has expanded her expertise by travelling to our Spanish clinics, further enhancing her knowledge in the fertility field.
Laura is a member of the Association of Reproductive and Clinical Scientists (ARCS) and European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).
