      Is there an on-call service for urgent issues?

      Yes, for urgent medical concerns outside clinic hours, we provide an on-call service:

      • Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
      • Saturday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
      • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

      The hotline number will be provided to you by the nursing team once your treatment is scheduled.
