Coordinator on the donation services team supporting and ensuring the smooth pathway for patients using donor eggs or donor embryos, known egg donors and their recipients and shared motherhood.

I am very passionate about my job and making a patient’s potential journey to parenthood the best it can be. Being a part of making someone’s dream of having a child come true is the most special thing I’ve ever experienced. I am very fortunate to have a child of my own and that is what spurs me on in my job every day!

Career

Hope has previously worked in the NHS and Bupa and been at Care Fertility since 2022. This is her first time in a fertility job role and has found this to be the most rewarding job in her career to date.

Specialities and Credentials

Hope is a valued member of the team and helps with the training for new team members. She ensures the patients doing shared motherhood or using a known egg donor feel supported and feel informed at every stage of the process.
