Hannah Smyth - Executive Director of Operations
Hannah Smyth is the  Executive Director of Operations at Care Fertility. She is focused on supporting clinics to provide the best possible experience to our patients whilst ensuring this is delivered consistently across all our Care Fertility locations.

I feel fortunate to work in an organisation that cares deeply about the experience given to patients throughout their fertility journey whilst striving to improve success rates through cutting edge technologies.

Career

Hannah has spent the majority of her career working within healthcare, always with a special interest in fertility and women's health. A secret scientist at heart, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and Human Biology. She applied her scientific foundation to operational management within the NHS at Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation Trust and Chelsea and Westminster Foundation Trust.

Hannah’s operational portfolio has consistently included fertility services, expanding over the years to encompass obstetrics, medicine and surgery. She was appointed Head of Operations for the Private Patient Directorate at Chelsea and Westminster in 2017 before leaving the NHS to join The Fertility Partnership. She has also served as an HFEA Person Responsible, bringing a deep understanding of regulatory leadership within the sector.

In August 2022, Hannah joined care fertility and now serves as our Executive Director of Operations, bringing with her extensive experience across the fertility landscape and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient experience throughout every stage of their fertility journey.
