Our Application Process

To start your journey with us, you’ll need to register. This is a quick and easy step where you provide some basic details so we can stay in touch throughout the process.

Application

Once registered, you can apply for any roles that interest you. You’ll need to upload your CV and answer a few short questions to help us understand your experience and confirm your eligibility.

Assessment

If your application meets the role requirements, we’ll contact you — usually by email — to invite you to the assessment stage. This may include an interview and, depending on the role, additional tasks like a presentation.

Offer

If you’re successful, we’ll be in touch to let you know and send a formal offer. All offers are subject to reference checks and vetting, which includes a DBS check appropriate to the role.

Our Experts

Our Embryology team plays a vital role in IVF, led by pioneers in the field including our founder, Professor Simon Fishel. Using advanced tools like Care Maps and genetic testing, they work in state-of-the-art labs to create and care for embryos. With dedicated training facilities, our embryologists have unique opportunities for hands-on learning and professional development.

Nursing and Clinical ProfessionalsOur Nursing and Clinical Professionals team includes Nurses, Midwives, ODPs, HCAs, Assistant Practitioners, Paramedics, and Sonographers. They work closely with our medical, scientific, and administrative teams to give patients the best chance of success. Their roles cover much of the patient pathway — from pre-treatment assessments and planning to venepuncture, ultrasound, sedation, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.

Embryology

Our scientists have been at the heart of IVF innovation since 1978, when our founder helped deliver the world’s first IVF baby. Today, our embryologists work with cutting-edge tools in purpose-built labs, supported by the UK’s only dedicated IVF training facility.

Support Functions

Our Support Functions teams are a collection of professionals who work together to provide support to our clinical staff.

We spend our time making sure our clinical teams are able to provide the greatest experience possible for our patients.

Some of the departments within our Support Functions services are: Patient Experience, Counselling, Donation, Finance, HR, IT and Marketing.

Consultancy

Our Medical team includes expert Consultants and Fertility Specialists dedicated to helping people grow their families. They provide personalised care at every stage, using the latest evidence and advanced reproductive technologies to support the best possible outcomes.
