1. Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available to the recipient of the offer email.  It cannot be transferred or shared with others. 
2. Offer Period: The £549 discount is valid for IVF or egg freezing treatments paid for before 01 March 2026. To ensure this is possible, you must have booked and attended your consultation before 31 December 2025. After this period, the discount will no longer be available. 
   
3. Treatment Eligibility: The discount applies only to those booking the £549 pre-treatment IVF bundle provided at the following Care Fertility clinic: Manchester.
   a. In cases where a patient is assessed by the clinical team and deemed medically unsuitable to proceed with treatment, the offer will not be applicable. No refund will be provided for the pre-treatment bundle fee in whole or in part.  
   
4. Booking & Payment: To qualify for the offer discount you must have paid for your treatment cycle before 01 March 2026. 
5. Non-Redeemable for Cash: This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other financial alternatives. 
   
6. Non-Transferable: 
   The offer is non-transferable and must be used by the recipient named in the original offer message. 
7. No Retrospective Discounts: 
   The offer discount applies only to new bookings made during the offer period. It cannot be applied to previously scheduled or paid-for treatments or ongoing treatments. 
8. Cancellation Policy: 
   Any refund requests will be subject to our standard refund and cancellation policy as documented in our standard terms and conditions. 
9. Right to Amend: 
   Care Fertility reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, although we will endeavour to honour all bookings made before such changes. 
10. Other Promotions: 
    This discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. 
11. Other Exclusions: 
    a. Treatment funded by insurance providers is excluded 
    b. Care Value treatments are excluded 
    c. Treatment at any clinic other than Care Fertility Manchester 
    d. Treatment Funded via Access Fertility
