As the head of patient experience, Char is dedicated to ensuring exceptional care and support for individuals on their fertility journey.
Char joined Care Fertility in 2009 as a Customer Service Executive in Northampton, and has spent almost 17 years at Care Fertility. She moved into a Patient Liaison Manager role in 2014, then into Senior Manager of the New Business Sales Team in 2018, before being appointed Head of Patient Experience in November 2022.
With over 15 years in the IVF sector, Char focuses on conversion and training, so every patient receives the same best experience across our clinics. Her earlier years in patient liaison and sales gave her a clear view of the patient journey from first enquiry through to treatment, and she brings that whole-journey perspective to her current role.
Char's team works to one goal: care that exceeds patient expectations
