Emily Starling is a Specialist Practitioner in Donation at Care Fertility. She supports patients throughout their donor conception journey, providing compassionate, evidence-based care from initial consultations through to treatment. Working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, she ensures every patient feels informed, supported and confident throughout their fertility journey.
Since qualifying as a nurse, Emily has worked across a variety of clinical settings, including neonatal intensive care, maternity, surgical services and fertility. Fertility nursing has become her true passion, allowing her to combine clinical expertise with long-term patient relationships during one of the most significant periods of patients' lives. Before joining the donation team, she worked as a Fertility Nurse Specialist across both Care Fertility and Apricity Fertility, gaining extensive experience in IVF, ICSI, ovulation induction, fertility preservation, donor treatment and early pregnancy care. Returning to Care Fertility has allowed her to continue developing within a supportive, patient-centred organisation while focusing on helping patients build their families through donation.
