Emma has more than two decades of experience in fertility care, with specialist expertise in donor conception and coordinating complex treatment pathways involving egg recipients, embryo recipients, shared motherhood patients and known egg donors.

Fertility treatment can be a complex and emotionally challenging experience, particularly when donor conception is part of the journey. My role is to guide and support patients through the donation process, ensuring they have access to clear, accurate information and feel informed at every stage. My priority is to ensure that each patient feels supported, understood, and reassured throughout their treatment journey. 

Career

Emma Weatherall is a Donation Coordinator within Care Fertility's donation team. She is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of egg recipients, shared motherhood patients, known egg donors and embryo recipients, ensuring treatment pathways and protocols are followed correctly to prepare patients for treatment planning.

Emma has worked in the fertility field for over 20 years, with the last 13 years specialising in donor conception. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals and couples through a wide range of fertility treatments, developing extensive knowledge of the donation process and the unique considerations it involves.
