Michael Henry - CEO
Michael Henry is the newly appointed CEO of Care Fertility, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to drive the company's continued success and innovation in the fertility sector.

Training

Michael gained his Master’s Degree from University College London and qualified as a Pharmacist in 1999. He subsequently attained Post Graduate Certificate in business management and went on to attend Institute of Directors and INSEAD gaining qualifications in corporate finance and consumer insight driven international marketing.

People come to us at one of the most important moments of their lives. My job is to make sure the whole organisation is built around getting that moment right for them 

Career

After a spending 4 years in clinical practice, Michael progressed to senior leadership roles in various patient facing health businesses providing both private and NHS services. In that time Michael has led large teams of Pharmacists, Doctors, Nurses, and Veterinary Surgeons.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael led the team that administered the first vaccine outside of an NHS premises, marking the start of a significant acceleration of the vaccination programme.

Prior to joining Care Fertility, Michael was Chief Operating Officer of IVC Evidensia, the UK market leading Veterinary Services provider. Here he embarked on a large transformation and organisational design programme which drove above market growth in complex environment involving clinical operations from multi species first opinion practice to tertiary diplomat led referral services.
