AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) Blood Test

Validity

The Pre-treatment Bundle price is valid for consultations booked from the 1st January 2025 and is available indefinitely (subject to review). The ‘Pre-treatment Bundle’ is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended by Care Fertility at any time without prior notice.

Exclusions

Booking

The total cost of £595 includes all applicable tests for the patient, their partner, and a consultation with a doctor. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Patients can cancel their appointment within the 14-day cancellation period and receive a full refund. If an appointment cancellation happens after the 14-day cancellation period but with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued. However, missed appointments or appointments cancelled without notice are not refundable. Please note that if test services have been provided within the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are not available.
