COMMUNITY SUPPORT GROUP

Our forum has connected patients for years, and now we're taking that support somewhere new. We're launching a Facebook community where you can share your journey, connect with others going through the same thing, and get trusted guidance from our team.

An update on the Care Fertility Forum

We've made the decision to close the Care Fertility Forum. We're moving our community support to a new home, the official Care Fertility Facebook Community.

The forum has given patients a place to connect and support one another for many years, and we don't take that lightly. But more and more of our patients are already talking, sharing and supporting each other on social media. Moving there means we can offer something more accessible, more engaging and, we hope, more useful to you.

We would like to say thank you for being part of the Care Fertility Forum. The support you've shown one another over the years has made a real difference, and that's something we want to carry forward into our new community.

We're busy building the new Care Fertility Community now. For updates on the launch, keep an eye on this page, where we'll be sharing more over the coming weeks.

Meet our community manager

Lauren Barker - Community Manager - Quote

Hi, I’m Lauren, Community Manager at Care Fertility.

I’ve been part of Care Fertility for almost 10 years, working in patient-facing roles focused on improving support and making sure patients feel heard.

I also understand fertility treatment personally. After being diagnosed with endometriosis, I went through IVF, donor conception, failed cycles and pregnancy loss, so I know how overwhelming and isolating it can feel.

Finding an online fertility community made a real difference to me, offering reassurance, hope and friendships that continue to this day. It also showed me how powerful peer support can be.

My aim for the Care Fertility Community is to create a safe, welcoming space where current and former patients can connect, share experiences and support one another beyond the clinic.

Whether you’re starting treatment, facing difficult decisions or supporting others, I hope this community helps you feel understood, respected and never alone.

Become a founding community moderator

We're looking for a small group of patients to help us get the new community off to a good start, welcoming new members and helping keep it a safe, supportive space. If this sounds like you, email us at Community@carefertility.com to find out more.
