Danielle Clark is the Patient Services Manager at Care Fertility Northampton. She joined the clinic in February 2018 as a part-time Healthcare Assistant, building her experience from the ground up within a busy clinical environment.
Training
Danielle has made full use of the development opportunities available at Care Fertility. She has completed a Level 3 Leadership and Management apprenticeship, strengthening her approach to team leadership and patient communication.
She is currently undertaking a Level 5 Operational and Departmental Leader apprenticeship, further developing her skills in service delivery, team management, and operational leadership.
Her focus is on creating a consistent, supportive experience for every patient, making sure they feel informed, organised, and cared for throughout their journey.
Career
Danielle Clark is the Patient Services Manager at Care Fertility Northampton. She joined the clinic in February 2018 as a part-time Healthcare Assistant, building her experience from the ground up within a busy clinical environment.
Since then, Danielle has progressed through a range of roles across the clinic, including part-time administration, Patient Liaison Manager, and within the donation team. She now leads the Patient Services team, supporting patients from their first enquiry through to treatment and beyond.
Her journey through multiple areas of the clinic gives her a well-rounded understanding of the fertility pathway, helping her team deliver clear, joined-up support at every stage.
