Dr Harriet Pugsley is an experienced Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist who joined Care Fertility in 2025, bringing over a decade of dedicated work supporting patients with subfertility. She is passionate about all aspects of reproductive health and is known for her warm, compassionate approach to care.
Training
Harriet graduated from Leicester and Warwick Medical School in 2002, beginning her career in Leicester before moving to Nottingham to focus on Obstetrics and Gynaecology. During her senior training, she completed RCOG-approved Advanced Training Specialist Modules in Subfertility and Reproductive Health, and Ultrasound Scanning.
Career
Since 2017 Harriet has worked as a Consultant Fertility Specialist. During this time she completed multiple British Fertility Society training modules, including Subfertility and Reproductive Health, Intrauterine Insemination and Embryo Transfer, Management of the Infertile Couple, and Ultrasound Scanning.
Harriet also maintains a strong interest in general gynaecology. She is a qualified menopause specialist and performs outpatient hysteroscopy.
Passionate about shaping the next generation of clinicians, she has supervised and supported junior doctors, research fellows, and colleagues throughout her career.
