Emily is one of the Patient Services Managers in our Bath Clinic. Overseeing the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to patients while managing daily operations within the Patient Service Team.

Emily has over 11 years of experience in healthcare administration. With a qualification in Business Administration and 5 years' experience in management, Emily is passionate about combining strong organisational and leadership skills with a genuine drive for delivering exceptional patient care.

This role is extremely rewarding. Being a small part of someone’s fertility journey to help make dreams come true, is incredible! Working in this industry allows me to support people through one of the most important and emotional journeys of their lives. I know how paramount it is to provide a service ensuring patients feel cared for, heard and supported every step of the way.
