Surrogacy fee schedule

If you’re exploring surrogacy as a way to grow your family, it’s helpful to have a clear idea of what the journey might cost. Fees can vary depending on the type of treatment involved—such as IVF or ICSI—and whether donor eggs or sperm are needed.

In the UK, it’s illegal to pay a surrogate anything more than reasonable expenses. These can include travel, childcare, or time off work. Surrogacy UK suggests that expenses may range from £7,000 to £15,000, but this will differ depending on your circumstances.
