Dr Tejura qualified from the University of Wales in 1993 MBBCH
Initially he undertook training in internal medicine at the Albert Einstein Medical Centre in Philadelphia, USA
He then returned to the UK and trained initially as a General Practitioner gaining his Diploma in Child health, his Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Having decided that general practice was not for him he returned to Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialist training in 2001.
He completed his specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2007,is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and is on the specialist register.
Dr Tejura was appointed to a full time NHS Consultant post in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a specialist interest in subfertility at The Royal Glamorgan Hospital in 2007 .He worked here until 2019 when he gave up his NHS post to concentrate fully on his fertility interests.
He has worked at the Centre for Reproduction and Gynaecology since 2010 which was acquired by Care Fertility in 2023.
