Kashif Butt is the Clinic Director for Care Fertility Birmingham and Tamworth. Kash has over 20 years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, driving positive healthcare outcomes, and improving efficiency across healthcare services.
Kash gained his Master’s Degree in Pharmaceuticals from Aston University before qualifying as a Clinical Pharmacist.
He has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, multidisciplinary team development, primary care services, operational efficiency, and service improvement.
Kash has also been part of the Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC) for over 10 years, helping shape the pharmacy landscape across both private and NHS-led services. His background gives him a strong understanding of clinical care, operational leadership, and how to build services that support both patients and colleagues.

He qualified as a Clinical Pharmacist in 2002 and has worked across a range of clinical and senior leadership roles. Kash spent over 16 years with two of the UK’s largest health and wellbeing organisations, Boots the Chemist and LloydsPharmacy, working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and healthcare professionals in the primary care sector.
For the last six years, Kash has worked as a senior leader for one of the largest healthcare providers in the GCC, supporting integrated healthcare services across pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
