Zoe is an experienced embryology professional who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of laboratory care and supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. As Laboratory Manager, she leads the Nottingham laboratory team with a strong focus on quality, innovation and excellent clinical outcomes.

Training and expertise

Zoe holds an MSci in Human Biology and an MSc in Clinical Embryology, and is a Diplomate member of the Royal College of Pathologists. This combination of academic and professional training underpins her expertise across the full range of laboratory procedures, including her specialist knowledge of embryo biopsy and PGT.

Career

Zoe has been part of Care Fertility for seven years, during which time she has built a deep commitment to advancing laboratory practice and patient care. As Laboratory Manager, she leads the Nottingham embryology team, overseeing the day-to-day running of the laboratory and ensuring every stage of the process is carried out to the highest standard.

Zoe and her team have a particular passion for embryo biopsy and Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT), playing an important role in supporting patients undergoing advanced fertility treatment. She is dedicated to maintaining exceptional laboratory standards while ensuring patients feel reassured that their care is in expert hands, bringing energy and enthusiasm to her role alongside her clinical expertise.
