Debbie Moult is the Nurse Manager at Care Fertility Manchester. She qualified as a nurse in 2004 from Manchester University and began her career on a busy surgical ward, later gaining experience in intensive care and completing an ICU training programme.
Debbie has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare across both the NHS and private sector. Alongside her clinical work, she completed a degree through the Open University and has undertaken further professional development in fertility care and leadership.
Her training includes Understanding Human Fertility through the University of Greenwich, ultrasound training, embryo transfer training, and a leadership programme.
In her current role, Debbie oversees daily operations, supports staff development, and leads improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience. She is passionate about creating a positive team culture, supporting professional growth, and making sure care is delivered in line with Care Fertility’s values.

Debbie joined Care Fertility in 2007 and has continued to develop her expertise in fertility nursing. In 2011, she was appointed Deputy Nurse Manager at the Manchester clinic. She later progressed to Satellite Nurse Manager at the Bolton clinic in 2021, working across both Manchester and Bolton.
In September 2025, Debbie was appointed Nurse Manager for Care Fertility Manchester. She now leads a dedicated team focused on delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
